Set against the backdrop of tranquil nature, our expert instructor will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, mindful breathing exercises, and calming meditation techniques. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this session welcomes all levels, focusing on promoting relaxation, flexibility, and inner peace. In case the sun becomes too intense, we’ll move the activity indoors to the conference room.
