If you are traveling from/to a different city, or if you opt not to take the group flight from NY, you will need to book your own tickets and submit for reimbursement. When booking your own ticket, please refer to the Accordion Expense Reimbursement Policy. Design Concepts, our event coordinators, have arranged for shuttle services between the Palm Springs airport and the hotel on Tuesday, May 21 and again on Thursday, May 23.
TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT
Airport Shuttle:
On Tuesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 23, a shuttle service will be provided between the Palm Springs airport and the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells. It’s approximately a 35-40 minute ride. Note: Shuttle transportation will not be provided to MDs arriving on Monday, May 20.
- Tuesday, May 21: the shuttle will run continuously – departing the Palm Springs airport every 30 minutes between 11:00am and 4:00pm. The last shuttle will depart the Palm Springs airport at 3:30pm.
- Thursday, May 23: the shuttle will run continuously – departing the hotel every 30 minutes between 7:00am and 12:30pm. The last shuttle will depart the hotel at 12:30pm.
