When booking your ticket, please refer to the Accordion Expense Reimbursement Policy. Design Concepts, our event coordinators, have arranged for shuttle services between the Nashville airport and the hotel on Wednesday, October 8 and again on Friday, October 10.

TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT

Airport Shuttle:
On Wednesday, October 8 and Friday, October 10, a shuttle service will be provided between the Nashville airport and the Omni. It’s approximately a 15-20 minute ride. Note: Shuttle transportation will not be provided to MDs / EDs arriving on Tuesday, October 7 or others arriving prior to October 8.

Wednesday, October 8: the shuttle will run continuously – departing the Nashville airport every 20 minutes between 9:00am and 3:30pm. The last shuttle will depart the Nashville airport at 3:30pm.
Friday, October 10: the shuttle will run continuously – departing the hotel every 20 minutes between 8:00am and 1:30pm. The last shuttle will depart the hotel at 1:30pm.
